The Senior UX Designer will reimagine post-purchase customer experiences by crafting innovative features and scalable design systems. They will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to advocate for the customer using data-driven insights and user research.
Responsibilities
- Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions to up-level the quality of customer experiences
- Effectively advocate and design for the customer through objective data and technical constraints
- Partner closely with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
