Graphic Designer - Human Resources

The Graphic Designer will create and produce a wide range of internal communications materials, including presentations, newsletters, and digital assets to support HR initiatives. They will also maintain brand identity standards and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality production of print and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce internal communications materials, including presentations, newsletters, flyers, brochures, and social media assets
• Use modern publishing and graphics software to combine text, imagery, and design elements into polished, professional artwork
• Prepare and edit photos, scanning, color correcting, retouching, and optimizing images for digital and print materials
• Create original artwork and illustrations using digital drawing tools or by enhancing traditional sketches and existing graphics
• Maintain the County's brand identity, ensuring consistent use of fonts, colors, and design standards

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education in graphic arts, graphic design, or related field
• 4 years of full-time work experience in graphic preparation, including layout and design preparation of camera-ready artwork
• Valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license
• Strong portfolio of creative work in both print and digital media
