The Product Designer II will craft user-centric solutions from concept to implementation while leading balanced teams through design discovery and product development. Responsibilities
- Work iteratively with a balanced team to deliver customer-first design solutions
- Lead balanced teams with User-Centric Design practices
- Facilitate the process of Design Discovery and Framing
- Develop visual identity systems, data visualizations, visual designs, and illustrations
- Demonstrate design expertise by helping the working teams navigate product vision, high-level business priorities, and desired outcomes
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a relevant field of study
- Professional knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, visual storytelling, research, and prototypes
- Solid visual craftsmanship, use of established design principles, and interaction patterns
