- Ensure that every interaction is purposeful and cohesive across Posh’s platform
- Bring a sharp eye for visual design, layout, and hierarchy
- Rapidly produce high-quality designs that balance practicality with vision
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Skilled at balancing fast-paced design iteration with quality
- Strong background in both system design and detailed execution
