Senior Product Designer & Design Systems

You will build and own Farther's design system from the ground up, creating a scalable component library and defining governance processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality design implementation across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a design system from the ground up
• Audit existing design assets and build a scalable, accessible component library in Figma
• Create reusable components, design tokens, and detailed usage documentation
• Own prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder communication for the design system
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design-to-code fidelity and proper implementation
• Establish education and onboarding processes that drive real adoption across the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• 3+ years of leading design systems
• Expert in Figma
• Deep understanding of design-to-code implementation and cross-platform consistency
• Strategic and executional ability
• Self-directed, highly organized, and skilled at prioritization and stakeholder management
