Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead design processes, produce user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while managing stakeholder expectations. They are responsible for conducting design workshops and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual designs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Producing user flow journeys to identify potential and current bottlenecks
• Presenting findings in aesthetic infographics
• Producing customer mapping processes and solution documentation
• Sharing conceptual thinking and design ideas with the wider team

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience working as a consultant
• Knowledge of working across public and private sectors
• Ability to make decisions and mentor or lead clients
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design streamlined interfaces
