You will design end-to-end product experiences for Voice AI and commerce platforms by partnering with engineering and research teams. Your role involves applying systems thinking to simplify complex operator workflows and ensuring consistency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with product, engineering, and research to deeply understand user needs
- Designing end-to-end workflows across responsive web and native mobile
- Simplifying complex, scaled operator workflows
- Helping drive the evolution of AI-driven tools, especially voice
- Applying systems thinking to evolve platform-level experiences
Requirements
- Experience designing holistic, end-to-end product experiences that leverage AI capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively seeking clarity and adapting as responsibilities evolve
- Designing at a systems level, contributing to and shaping design systems
