Founding Product Designer - Car Finance

You will act as the sole product designer for the Car Finance team, working across customer-facing and internal interfaces to drive product vision. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ship features, conduct research, and embed design thinking into the development process.
Responsibilities
- Working across multiple interfaces, maintaining consistency with the wider Marshmallow design system
- Working on ambiguous problems, helping to make sense of them
- Understanding customer needs, using an evidence-based approach to product development
- Shipping designs to production, working closely with engineers
- Embedding design thinking into the team, elevating design quality
- Collaborating to drive the product vision forward, creating alignment across teams
Requirements
- Actively and curiously using AI
- Experience shipping to production, analysing data
- Web-based experience, not app-based
- Ability to independently prioritise work
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Proactive mindset
