You will design complex tools for internal claim handlers and improve the claims experience for customers within a cross-functional team. This involves conducting research, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining high design standards across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Working in a cross-functional team to design tools for internal claim handlers and balance partners and workflows
- Conducting research internally and externally to inform design decisions
- Implementing high-quality, clear designs using design principles, industry knowledge, and best practices
- Navigating stakeholders and communicating design decisions and rationales
- Maintaining high design standards by pairing with peers, holding design reviews, and contributing to the wider design system
Requirements
- Experience in product design, UX, and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design approaches
- Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for complex systems and processes
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
