The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to create visual assets for various projects including marketing materials and website graphics. They are responsible for maintaining brand identity and ensuring all designs adhere to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs
- Create visual assets for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
- Design and update website graphics and layout
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity and style guidelines
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
