Creative Graphic Designer

The Creative Graphic Designer will conceptualize and produce visually engaging marketing materials across print and digital platforms to support brand identity. They will collaborate with sales teams and marketing specialists to manage multiple design projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials that maintain brand standards
- Participate in marketing department meetings and collaborate with sales teams
- Provide marketing support, including design and production of custom flyers, brochures, and other materials
- Work with individual sales agents and teams to design and prepare marketing materials
- Multi-task and work on multiple designs concurrently
- Contribute creative ideas and design artwork for successful project completion
- Coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies and design trends
- Knowledge of design elements, such as color and composition
- Knowledge of artistic sensibility, including artistic ability and creativity
- Experience with design platforms, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
