Senior Product Designer (Marketplace & AI UX)

You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle for a two-sided cybersecurity marketplace, creating intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering to build a scalable design system and contribute to product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences across a two-sided marketplace
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows
- Transform existing HTML templates into a scalable and consistent Figma-based Design System
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs align with server-rendered architecture
- Act as a bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
- Conduct user research with both platform sides to identify friction points and opportunities
- Leverage product analytics to guide design decisions and prioritization
- Design interfaces for AI-assisted workflows, ensuring clarity, trust, and explainability
- Prototype and iterate rapidly — from wireframes to high-fidelity designs
- Contribute to product strategy in the absence of a dedicated Product Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer in complex digital products
- Strong ability to design both UX flows and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Understanding of web application architecture, ideally with exposure to server-rendered frameworks
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces and workflows with multiple states and interactions
- Familiarity with two-sided platforms or marketplace dynamics
- Experience or strong interest in AI/ML-driven UX, especially human-in-the-loop systems
- Ability to interpret product analytics and translate insights into design improvements
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
