Senior UX Designer, Reader Revenue Manager

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user experiences for the Reader Revenue Manager suite. Create design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while partnering with research teams to evaluate usability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and designers throughout the product cycle to translate requirements into systems
- Partner with user experience research (UXR) to evaluate usability and trustworthiness, iterating on designs based on feedback and affinity signals
- Communicate design strategy and rationales to internal and external teams through storytelling and advocacy for the user experience
- Design and define the user experience for the Reader Revenue Manager suite, focusing on business generation and engagement features
Requirements
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or user experience (UX) design
- Experience with information architecture and product strategy
- Experience designing for business-to-business (B2B) or enterprise systems, software as a service (SaaS), billing, or lifecycle management
- Experience with visual design
- Portfolio of work
