The Senior Graphic Designer will own the visual direction of the Alpha-H brand, ensuring aesthetic consistency across all print and digital media. They will also lead and mentor the design team while collaborating with the digital team to create high-performing ad campaigns and website assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop paid ad template systems for rapid testing of headlines, hooks, offers, and formats
- Create motion and short-form video assets optimized for paid channels
- Work with Growth/Paid Media teams using data to improve creative design
- Mentor team on smarter workflows and production methods
- Introduce automation and template systems for key assets
Requirements
- Qualification in Graphic Design
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in short form video editing for Paid Advertising and Social Media
- Experience in EDM design for mobile and desktop
- Proficient in the Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
