You will own the visual direction and UI/UX for key player journeys, including signup, deposit, and gameplay flows. You will also create high-impact promotional assets and collaborate with CRM teams to drive player retention and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Create original, high-quality visual assets that grab attention and drive action
- Design interfaces that reduce friction and increase conversion
- Turn promos into compelling in-product and CRM experiences
- Work closely with CRM and product teams to align design with player behavior
- Iterate fast based on performance, not opinion
Requirements
- Strong visual and graphic design ability
- Solid UI/UX skills
- Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or high-engagement products
- Ability to design for mobile-first, global audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast, high-output environment
- Non-negotiable: submit a portfolio of real, shipped work
