Senior Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover)

Lead and mentor a team of designers while overseeing the production of high-quality print and campaign assets. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and is delivered effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a small team of Graphic Designers and Artworkers, ensuring high performance and development
- Take ownership of all printed assets produced by the studio, with full responsibility for reviewing and approving work before release
- Be responsible for budget management with stakeholders for printed collateral
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Graphic Designer role
- Experience managing or mentoring designers and artworkers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design, branding, and campaign work
- Excellent understanding of print production processes and specifications
- High attention to detail with strong quality control and approval experience
