Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer supports sales professionals and marketing partners by creating various marketing deliverables such as brochures, presentations, and social graphics. The role involves managing marketing assets, adhering to brand standards, and ensuring high-quality production design outputs within established templates.

Responsibilities

• Review project briefs to understand objectives, requirements, schedules, and follow up for clarifications
• Source, update, and manage marketing assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables
• Work within templates and design files to emphasize key messages, adhere to brand standards, and finalize outputs
• Maintain communication with coordinators and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct quality checks and apply best practices in file management and production design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or related discipline
• 1-2+ years of production design experience
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and organizational ability
