You will own and shape key experiences across XR headsets and web platforms, translating complex construction workflows into intuitive tools. You will lead the design process from discovery through delivery while collaborating with product, engineering, and hardware teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and shape key experiences across XR headset and web platform
- Create tools used in high-pressure construction environments
- Lead design from early discovery through to delivery
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams
- Contribute to and evolve a cross-platform design system
Requirements
- Strong experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams
- Excellent UI and interaction design skills
- Experience with multi-device products and design systems
- Comfortable using research and data to guide decisions
- Proficiency with tools like Figma and prototyping methods
