Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on high-quality customer experiences
- Craft high-quality experiences and interfaces across web and apps
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
- Work with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and test designs
- Mentor other designers and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Experience designing for B2C platforms, customer-facing platforms, e-commerce, and mobile products
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to apply user feedback and A/B testing tools
- Proven track record of leading large design projects with a user-centered approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
