UX Designer

The UX Designer will conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define effective design solutions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces and perform usability testing to iterate on products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement solutions
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and application-based products
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs
- Maintain consistency across products by following design systems and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive designs
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
