The Senior UX/UI Designer will influence the product strategy and roadmap while ensuring high-quality design standards across user experience and interface projects. They will collaborate with global teams to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive, inclusive, and engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Influence our vision, strategy, and roadmap to help position HSBC at the forefront of customer experience design
- Elevate design quality and practice, championing design thinking, and facilitating a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure the highest standard of craft, clarity and creativity, across user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) Writing
- Conduct research and effectively apply data and insights to inform, evaluate, and validate customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products and services
- Strong portfolio showcasing world-class product design
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines
- Experience in complex, regulated environmentsâideally financial services
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
