Design and deliver intuitive, mission-ready UI/UX for Android and Windows applications within the TAK ecosystem. Collaborate with engineering teams to establish a unified design system and ensure designs are technically feasible for operational conditions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive, mission-ready UI/UX for Android and Windows applications
- Create high-fidelity designs, interaction flows, and prototypes using Figma
- Establish and evolve a unified cross-platform design system
- Translate complex technical and operational requirements into clear user workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure practical implementation
Requirements
- Experienced designer who thrives in complex environments
- Comfortable designing for native, constrained systems
- Balances visual design and interaction design effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by building products used in real-world scenarios
