Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design, development, and optimization of user experiences and digital product offerings. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design consistency, conduct user research, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to lead and deliver high-quality design solutions
- Design, build, or optimize design systems, processes, and patterns to improve business outcomes
- Drive initiatives to advance customer experience, product scalability, and design consistency
- Lead by example in quality standards, usability, and inclusive design
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Typically 4â6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset
