Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will plan, design, and produce visual materials for both print and digital media to support federal health programs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and produce graphic exhibits and visual materials for both print and digital media
• Design for a broad range of products and activities, including websites, advertising campaigns, books, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, displays, and corporate communications
• Develop and maintain corporate identity materials, including those for award programs, summits, and meetings
• Design web pages and visual elements for the organization's website, ensuring accessibility and usability best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent results
• Integrate video content and manage YouTube channels as needed
• Ensure all visual materials align with the organization's brand guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of design projects and assets
• Communicate and present design concepts and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Art, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in graphic design
• Experience with 508 Compliance
• Experience in web design
• Organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully independently and in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a public trust
