Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer creates visually engaging print and digital marketing materials that align with the bank's brand identity and regulatory standards. They also collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, community events, and digital content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, digital signage, merchandising, and website imagery
- Create materials for community events, sponsorships, and promotional giveaways to support local engagement efforts
- Develop and optimize branded email marketing campaigns, ensuring mobile responsiveness and strong engagement
- Ensure all creative content aligns with the bank's brand identity, mission, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team members to support campaigns and content strategies
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors when necessary
- Assist in photography, video production, and editing for social media and marketing use
- Stay current on design trends, digital platforms, and financial industry marketing standards
- Participate in community service initiatives
- Aid in protecting all bank systems
- Carry out other such duties as may be assigned or directed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or corporate environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Basic understanding of social media graphic formats and best practices
- Basic knowledge of HTML or email marketing design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to follow brand and compliance guidelines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
