Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for digital and print media, including email promotions, signage, and publications. The Senior Designer will additionally lead creative intake sessions, enforce brand standards, and oversee project completion across business units.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Create concept, develop layout and product design
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Department and Business Development
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a visual designer
- Ability to solve problems visually
- Understanding of how design can influence and persuade
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to attend to many projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
