Lead design efforts for digital products by identifying user needs and executing pixel-perfect, development-ready deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product owners, and business partners to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for a product area
- Identify user needs and create pixel-perfect, development-ready deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-discipline team to deliver outstanding experiences
- Present design concepts to team leadership and external partners
- Conduct research and apply user testing insights
- Gather, catalog, and address UX problems in the current experience
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with UX/Product Design
- Experience designing for complex domains and large-scale software projects
- Bachelor's degree in design or tech-related field
- User-centered approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical requirements: Proficient with current UX/Service Design tools, competence in all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design
