Graphic Designer, Brand

The Graphic Designer will lead the production of cross-platform visual assets while ensuring strict brand consistency across global channels. They will collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate strategic objectives into high-impact, pixel-perfect digital and print designs.
Responsibilities
- High-Impact Execution: Lead the design and production of cross-platform projects, ensuring creative excellence and strict brand consistency across all global channels
- Brand Guardianship: Act as the daily steward of our visual identity, upholding systems and standards in collaboration with designers and brand leadership
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with marketing managers, content writers, and product marketers to translate strategic objectives into high-performing visual assets
- End-to-End Production: Design, adapt, and produce high-quality digital (and print) assets, including integrated campaigns, sales enablement tools, social media, and landing pages
- Technical Mastery: Deliver pixel-perfect outputs while maintaining organized, scalable design files (Figma/Adobe) that the whole team can rely on
- Trend & Style Integration: Stay current on design technologies and trends to keep our execution fresh and competitive
- Peer Support: Act as a creative resource and quality-check for junior designers, ensuring the team's output remains at a "good to great" standard
- Project Ownership: Independently manage your workflows and timelines, collaborating with project managers to optimize delivery without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design roles, with a proven track record in digital-first, high-output environments
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional technical execution, sharp typography, sophisticated layout skills, and attention to detail
- Advanced Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Operational Independence: You manage deadlines, thrive under the pace of a global tech company, and know how to prioritize a busy queue
- Detail Obsession: You catch the small things that others miss, ensuring every file is technically sound and visually aligned
