The Supervisor Design Engineering coordinates and conducts design and drafting services for refinery projects while managing engineering resources and budgets. They ensure design compliance with safety standards, oversee project schedules, and provide technical guidance to designers and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct activities associated with providing design and drafting services
- Perform design and drafting services as well as develop work scopes, cost estimates and coordinate execution of projects
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the contract engineers, designers, and drafters
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 8 years of piping design and drafting experience, including mechanical design and drafting experience
- Proficient as an AutoCAD user
