The Senior Designer will lead and execute creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion platforms. They will collaborate with regional teams to translate complex financial concepts into brand-consistent visuals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion where applicable
- Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing communications
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and regional compliance standards
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or similarly regulated industries
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital, branding, and marketing materials
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva); motion or video tools are a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
- Experience working with regional or international markets; familiarity with Asia-Pacific audiences is highly desirable
