The Product Designer will drive evidence-based design decisions by applying design-thinking methodologies and conducting user research throughout the product lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to build intuitive, responsive user interfaces and maintain a robust design system.
Responsibilities
- Apply design-thinking methodologies to drive evidence-based design decisions
- Leverage research tools to efficiently gather, analyze, and share user insights across the product development lifecycle
- Present key findings to stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity and complexity while maintaining design quality
- Create intuitive user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar UI/UX role with a proven record of success
- Ability to communicate complex ideas well
- An understanding of wireframing and tools
- Experience with Figma, Figma Make, or similar design software
- Worked in an agile environment
