Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual content for digital and print channels while managing video production, photography, and live streaming for company events. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure all creative assets align with the company's brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Design and Production: Create high-quality visual content for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, signage)
- Video and Multimedia: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, and internal communications
- Manage live streams for company events, webinars, or other online broadcasts
- Photography: Capture high-quality photos of projects, events, and personnel for use in marketing and public relations
- Brand Management: Ensure all visual materials are consistent with the POLK Mechanical brand guidelines
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to execute creative projects from concept to completion
- Presentation Design: Develop engaging and professional presentations for internal and external use
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of all creative assets, including photos, videos, and design files
- Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to keep our creative work fresh and innovative
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and sound design
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and technology
- Demonstrated photography skills, including lighting and composition
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction or mechanical services industry is a plus
