You will create high-quality graphic and motion materials for external communications with global partners like Meta, Apple, and TikTok. Additionally, you will manage design tasks from briefing to delivery while integrating AI tools to optimize production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Proactively participate in forming Genesis' first look in external communications with partners
- Prepare graphic and motion materials
- Work with the design system to develop presentations, one-pagers, infographics, and special communication assets
- Develop concepts and production solutions for video greetings, partner special moments, and branded assets
- Generate and implement ideas for partner gifts
- Work with AI tools to generate, accelerate, and scale design/motion workflows
- Independently lead tasks from receiving briefs to final delivery
- Seek new formats to improve communication quality, accelerate production, and provide business value
- Maintain standards for preserving and structuring materials
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Graphic/Motion design
- Experience working with business communication, partner-facing materials, presentations, or B2B/corporate design
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of branding, composition, typography, and visual systematics
- Ability to translate business tasks into clear visual solutions
- Experience working with AI tools in the design process
