Senior Product Designer, Fleet Experience

The Senior Product Designer will drive user-centered design initiatives for the MyAdmin platform, leading projects from discovery through implementation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex data and build features that enhance the customer management experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product design vision and collaborate with the design team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead discovery and research
- Create and evolve user personas and journey maps to define and optimize the customer management experience
- Drive design initiatives in cross-functional teams and promote cross-functional collaboration
- Lead efforts in building and maintaining a scalable component library
- Conduct research, user testing, and analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in UI design and collaborative tools including Figma, Figmake, Figjam (or equivalents)
- Deep knowledge of product design and design systems
- Experience in the user-centered design process
- Strong technical competence with tools like Google Suite and a working understanding of front-end development (React, HTML, CSS)
