Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for RAMPP trading desk platforms, from problem definition through to shipped product. They will collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to integrate AI-assisted workflows and ensure high-quality, production-ready design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped and iterated product, across RAMPP trading desk platforms
• Clarify intent, draft design briefs, and align with business and engineering counterparts
• Prototype and explore flows using whatever approach is fastest and most pragmatic, such as Figma, coded prototypes in React or HTML, or AI-assisted tools
• Deliverables must provide sufficient state coverage, system alignment, and production-readiness for developer handoff
• Proactively identify UX risks, data presentation issues, and control deficiencies in trading workflows, raising and addressing these through proper product channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or complex data-intensive applications
• Strong Figma skills, including component systems, auto-layout, full state coverage, and handoff practices
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools, such as Claude, Cursor, v0, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply user research within fast-moving delivery cycles
