Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will provide expert UX guidance across the full design lifecycle and lead design contributions for bids and proposals. They will also manage client relationships, ensure design assurance, and provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape UX contributions to bids and proposals, leading and supporting proposal development by shaping UX approaches, design strategies, and experience visions
- Manage client relationships, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met through high-quality outcomes
- Provide design assurance, undertaking reviews and assurance of existing experiences, journeys, and design practices to identify usability, consistency, and experience risks
Requirements
- Expertise in creating high-quality UX artefacts, roadmaps, and plans
- Expertise in assessing user experience and design needs across complex products and services
- Experience owning and improving experience quality metrics, such as usability findings, accessibility compliance, customer satisfaction, or behavioural insights
