Product Designer (Web Growth)

Design and optimize high-performing, conversion-driven web experiences and pre-signup journeys. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to iterate on designs using data and A/B testing.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing web experiences, creating visually engaging, user-centered web pages and experiences
- Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and iteration
- Take ownership of web design craft, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and engineering to deliver and test ideas quickly
Requirements
- 4+ years of web design experience, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing sites or conversion-focused flows
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design
- A solid understanding of user behavior, marketing principles, and conversion drivers
- Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
