You will design end-to-end UX flows for complex desktop fitting software and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs. Additionally, you will maintain and expand the design system while facilitating UX testing and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Create efficient and enjoyable end-to-end UX flows for hearing care professionals
- Discover, visualize, prototype and iterate on new designs, incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback at each step
- Mature designs to a development-ready state using our existing design system
- Support maintaining and expanding the design system as needed
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, Strategists, Designers, Audiologists and Product Owners along the way
Requirements
- Effective visual communication skills to express yourself through design mockups
- Effective verbal communication skills to explain design choices and rationales
- A structured approach, attention to detail and solid UI capabilities
- Experience designing for desktop applications (Fitting Software is Windows based)
- Experience designing for B2B products with complex functionality and workflows
- Ability to iterate designs over multi-month research, testing and development phases
- Ability to keep stakeholders involved in a fast moving organization
