The UX Designer will facilitate workshops, define user journeys and personas, and conduct user research and testing. They will collaborate daily with product owners, engineers, and other designers to ensure alignment and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Animate workshops and define user journeys, personas, and data flow
- Conduct interviews and create test scenarios with final users
- Conduct UX research and share results
- Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and drive work forward
- Collaborate daily with product owners, engineers, and UX/UI designers
Requirements
- 5 years of experience minimum in UX/UI design
- Mastery of Figma and UX processes
- Strong understanding of user journeys, personas, and data flow
