You will be responsible for conducting UX research, facilitating workshops, and defining user journeys and personas. You will also collaborate daily with product owners, engineers, and other designers to ensure project alignment and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Animate workshops and define user journeys, personas, and data flow
- Conduct interviews and create test scenarios with final users
- Conduct UX research and share results
- Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and drive work forward
- Collaborate daily with product owners, engineers, and UX/UI designers
Requirements
- 5 years of experience minimum in UX/UI design
- Mastery of Figma and UX processes
- Strong understanding of user journeys, personas, and data flow
