The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for RAMPP trading desk platforms, from problem definition to shipped product. They will collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to integrate AI-assisted workflows and ensure high-quality, production-ready design deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own product design end-to-end, from problem definition through to shipped and iterated product
- Clarify intent, draft design briefs, surface edge cases, and align quickly with business and engineering counterparts
- Engage directly with trading desk users and operations staff, run lightweight usability tests, and feed findings back into design direction rapidly
- Prototype and explore flows using Figma, coded prototypes in React or HTML, or AI-assisted tools
- Deliverables must provide sufficient state coverage, system alignment, and production-readiness for developer handoff
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of product design experience
- Strong Figma skills, including component systems, auto-layout, full state coverage, and handoff practices
- Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply user research within fast-moving delivery cycles
