Khyaal- Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will own and execute end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital products. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and lead visual direction for creative projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, social media, performance ads, app creatives, website banners, and offline collaterals
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints
• Conceptualise creative ideas and design systems aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver high-impact creatives
• Lead visual direction for campaigns and mentor junior designers when required
• Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining visual clarity and effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, branding, and campaign work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for social media, performance marketing, and digital products
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative deliverables
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
