Hybrid $2,500 - $5,000 Full-time Mid-level

Design end-to-end product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms while simplifying complex systems into intuitive interactions. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define product behavior and ship high-quality, scalable features.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile
  • Simplify complex systems into clear, fast, and intuitive interactions
  • Define product behavior - flows, structure, and interactions
  • Build scalable, production-ready interfaces and components
  • Work closely with engineering and product to ship high-quality features
  • Own work from concept to launch, continuously improving what’s live

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing interfaces for web/desktop/mobile applications - ideally in technical, data-dense, or B2B contexts
  • Strong Figma proficiency and a rigorous approach to component-level thinking
  • Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to push back, advocate for users, and defend decisions with clear rationale
  • Self-directed - you take ownership and follow through without hand-holding
  • Experience with AI tools - Claude, Gemini, etc
  • Fluent in English and Latvian
