You will design and optimize complex UX flows, including onboarding and customer lifecycle management, while driving the direction of the dashboard and design system. Additionally, you will translate highly technical concepts into intuitive interfaces for features like automation visualization and ROI surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex UX flows, including user onboarding, browser extension handoffs, and the broader customer lifecycle
- Drive the direction of our dashboard and maintain a scalable component library/design system
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex features, including automation visualization, versioning, documentation, and ROI surfaces
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user journeys and complex product thinking
- Experience with AI coding tools (like Cursor or Claude)
- Ability to execute and bring designs to life
- Strong product-minded designer
- Prioritizes ruthlessly, balances quality with speed, and ships fast
