The Senior UX/UI Designer will contribute to UX strategy, design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes while ensuring design system consistency. They will also collaborate with researchers, product managers, and developers to align design with business objectives and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX strategy development
- Collaborate with the UX Lead to refine and enhance user experience direction
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business objectives
- Work closely with a UX Researcher to interpret research insights and apply findings to improve the user experience
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals
- Ensure design system consistency, contributing to and evolving design system components for scalable product design
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and best practices throughout the design process
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of UX/UI designs
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Communication, Engineering (any), or related fields
