Quantitative UX Researcher (Temporary)

The Quantitative UX Researcher will design, program, and launch surveys while conducting advanced statistical analyses to inform product direction. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey-based research from design through launch, including sampling strategy, programming, deployment, and data quality checks
• Conduct descriptive and advanced statistical analyses using R, SPSS, SAS, or similar tools
• Apply a variety of survey and measurement techniques, such as tree testing, card sorting, MaxDiff, and conjoint analysis
• Perform thematic or pattern-based analysis on existing datasets
• Create clear, compelling data visualizations and communicate insights through presentations, dashboards, and written reports
• Support product, engineering, design, and data science teams by defining and tracking user experience metrics
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and scope
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and support data analysis

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis, data visualization, and storytelling with data
• 5+ Years of Industry Quant Research Experience
• Proficiency with Qualtrics and survey programming
• Experience designing, launching, and analyzing surveys in a UX, product, or market research environment
• Experience conducting thematic or trend analysis on existing datasets
• Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (R, SPSS, SAS)
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research workflows
