The Graphic Designer will create conversion-focused assets for email campaigns, product listings, and digital advertisements. They will collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize designs based on performance data and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design conversion-focused email creatives (campaigns, flows, newsletters) aligned with brand and retention strategies
- Create high-quality product images and infographics for PDPs, Amazon listings, and landing pages
- Develop digital ad creatives and banners for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google) and web use
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and copy teams to bring campaigns to life visually
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting to different campaign needs
- Optimize designs based on performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement)
- Support A/B testing by producing multiple creative variations
- Ensure all designs are mobile-first and platform-optimized
Requirements
- 3β6+ years of experience in graphic design for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing email design, product imagery, infographics, paid ad creatives, and banners
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
