UX Researcher and Service Designer - P26001

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to derive insights that inform product strategy and improve citizen service journeys. Facilitate ideation workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless, user-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and behaviors
- Analyze research data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions prioritizing user needs
- Create customer journey maps and other artifacts to communicate research findings
Requirements
- Experience working as a user researcher and/or service designer
- Advanced degree, training, or certification in service design, UX design, HCI, or related design fields
- Strong knowledge in product design processes and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
