You will be responsible for the UX design of in-store payment solutions, including POS systems and mobile applications. You will also conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and functional design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the UX design for our in-store payment solutions
- Conduct competitor and user research to gain a deep understanding of market trends and user needs
- Rapidly prototype ideas using code and other methods to communicate concepts and build excitement
- Translate complex business needs into delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality and feasible design solutions that deliver a smooth and engaging end-to-end experience for users
- Iterate on solutions in a user-centric approach in order to continuously improve the user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Deep understanding of mobile App design, design guidelines and trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms
- Basic understanding of research tools and methodology such as journey map, user interview, survey, etc.
- Experience with prototyping and proficiency with design tools such as Figma
