Hybrid Full-time Senior

You will own the end-to-end product design for the AirHelp mobile app, defining its evolution and delivering value to millions of travelers. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define problems, test hypotheses, and ship high-quality, scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own AirHelp mobile app product design end-to-end
  • Operate with a hypothesis-driven mindset
  • Prototype early using AI tools
  • Validate through real usage and adjust direction
  • Translate validated ideas into production-ready design
  • Balance speed and craft
  • Contribute to product strategy and lead initiatives
  • Raise the bar for design through systems thinking and mentoring

Requirements

  • Experience in product design and leadership
  • Clear point of view and ability to influence direction
  • Understanding of great mobile UX
  • Ability to scale quality through strong design systems
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in business English
